Administrative Assistant
FK3 (Grangemouth)

RJM Sports is a market leading, fast-moving Sports Retailer based in Grangemouth. We are dynamic, growing, and provide sporting teamwear, equipment and trophies and trophy engraving services to our loyal customer base. We now seek a new Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is a mixed and varied proactive office based admin role.

Main purpose of role:

To support the day-to-day running of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Work with various departments and team members to support daily admin tasks.

Manage and organise customer orders to ensure efficient delivery.

Sales administration including completing online orders, placing orders with manufacturers and managing stock levels

Answer and direct phone calls and emails.

Essential skills/Experience:

Desire to succeed and build a career within a progressive leading organisation

Credible and professional communication skills

Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Confidence in own ability to problem solve, learn new skills and be successful
